I help people make sense of technology by connecting new tools and systems to what they already understand. Instead of teaching from a standard curriculum, I build a framework around each person's goals, experience, and challenges.
Many people don't need another tutorial. They need someone who can listen carefully, identify where they are getting stuck, and explain the underlying concepts in a way that finally clicks.
I work with people who are changing careers, adapting to new workplace technologies, launching businesses, managing projects, returning to the job market, or simply trying to become more effective in a digital world.
Together we tackle practical challenges such as organizing information, creating spreadsheets, managing files, automating repetitive tasks, building presentations, producing professional documents, conducting online research, and making effective use of AI tools.
The goal is not to memorize software features. The goal is to develop the understanding and confidence needed to solve problems independently.
